Welcome to the Wish-Bone! The purpose of the Wish-Bone website is to provide information, advice, and encouragement to those who are either contemplating limb lengthening surgery or those who have decided on this choice to correct their skeletal deformities. When I finally finished my last limb lengthening surgery this past spring, I realized the need to share my experiences with others. This website is designed in particular to show how other people in similar situations have made their decisions, and how they have dealt with numerous challenges during the procedure. Personal stories can inspire great courage and hope for those who face a difficult road ahead. This website also gives some insight into how these people feel about their individual results.
